What we’re looking for

We’re expanding our marketing team across regions, and we need energetic, strategic, hands-on marketing professionals who can drive campaigns, engage with sales teams, coordinate with creative/field execution, and make things happen in their region.
You will be working closely with branch teams, regional offices, and the central marketing unit. Your role will include planning BTL & ATL support, local promotions, events, field activations, monitoring ROI, brand visibility, campaign rollout and ensuring the marketing budget is used wisely.


Eligibility & Profile Requirements

Here’s what we’d like to see in you:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Commerce (or equivalent).

  • Experience of 3-5 years or more in field marketing, regional activation, BTL campaigns or similar roles (for BTL Manager), or 5+ years (for Regional Marketing Manager role) in marketing leadership, preferably in banking/financial services / BFSI / consumer goods.

  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written); ability to travel within region; ready to be in field when required.

  • Ability to coordinate with sales, field team, branches, agencies; good project management, analytical mindset (to measure campaign performance) and a practical hands-on orientation.

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, comfortable working in a dynamic environment, able to manage budgets and deliver results under timelines.
